What is Arturia?
So, a more little about Arturia. It is a software as well as hardware musical instrument like various synthesisers, drum machines, sequencers etc. Arturia is a France-based company and brand that spread its flames all over the world. Almost every sound designer and producer know this synthesiser all so well due to the manufacturer’s initiative to create one of those classic synths which existed, rocked and shaped the sound of those decades like of 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
Arturia came out from one of the artistic places of the world, Grenoble, France in 1999. The brand started designing and manufacturing various audio interfaces for hardware synthesisers, began manufacturing their own electronic musical instruments which included numerous iconic software synthesisers, old school drum machines with modern features. In addition to it, the company also worked on fantastic midi controllers that blends all so well with the studio, sequencers and some Android and iOS apps and their own hardware synthesisers.
With the emerging sound of the Synthwave from 2010, Arturia can provide you with all the retro sounds as close as possible to the original ones. Also, with some additional features provided by Arturia, all the revitalized classic synthesisers as software plug-ins or standalone become a way more heavy sounding! Of course, the modification never loses its touch with the originality.
Arturia bundle packs of vintage synthesisers
Most of Arturia’s functionality of the old-school synthesisers comes in as a bundle pack. This is called ‘Arturia V-collection’. From the very first release of these bundles, they re-animated the old school tyrannies like The Moog Modular, Minimoog, Prophet V, Arp 2600 etc. Over time, they added more and more vintage synthesisers and worked on updating old bugs of their instruments and making them wild beasts on a loose for you to tame!
Arturia got overall good reception of the whole producers community and players as well. Lot of synthwave sound you can hear created recently is based on the Arturia’s products a lot.
